Thre is no reson why you can't wax.you might have to get help though as you get bigger and can't get to the back of your legs.

There's no risk too it. It will actually make life a little simpler when you are too big to reach everywhere. Just keep in mind that it might hurt more. Your hormones are all out of whack so you may stay red a little longer and find that your skin is more sensitive to the wax/after care lotions. You can get any waxing done that you would if you weren't pregnant.

Waxing is fine during pregnancy and most other procedures eg. facials shouldn't be a problem either, the only thing you should be careful of is vitamin A (My doctor told me to stay away from it as it is known that Vitamin A can be associated with cleft palate and heart abnormalities if you have to much of it, so she told me to check all my beauty products for it). just ask the beauty therapist if the products she will be using has vitamin A in it and ask for an alternative. And stay away from hot spa's and steam rooms. Good luck and get some nice relaxing treatments done!!

I don't think that there's any risk in waxing while pregnant, but I wouldn't do it only because your skin can be a lot more sensitive during pregnancy. Also, you increase your risk for skin abrasion and possibily even unnecessary infection. I would just stick to the old-fashioned shaving while pregnant, but that's just me.
Parlors should be okay, just make sure there aren't too many fumes from pedicures and hair treatments and stuff.
