I am fairly well experienced in the whole burning to disk thing. I am using Nero 7 and have downloaded loads of stuff and quite happily burnt to CD & DVD. This particular film came in 527 .rar files. When I extract the first part it produces 3 files; a link to the torrent site, a .bin file and an image file. Ok, I'm thinking, extract all the parts and link them in Nero to produce a complete film! Ah here lies the problem, when I go to extract part 2 it comes up with these files already exist do I want to overwrite the existing files. Just wondering if anyone has come across this before and do they know what to do with the files in order to make the film viewable and therefore burnable? Any help would be gratefully received.

Burn the image file, don't overwrite.
I have encountered many extracted folders that contain multiple image files (i.e. .daa, .iso, .mds, etc). Just choose which one you would prefer to use and burn it.

You should be able to start the extraction from any of the .rar files.
Once done, use Nero to open the "bin" file. (it's a type of disk image file). Then, burn to CD/DVD.
