i don't mean weeks or anything crazy i mean something someone might actually do, like stay up until 7:20 AM, or 10:00 AM every night conseqeutively. is there short term or long term health hazards of it? could it make you have breathing difficulties at all? remember i'm not talking about not getting sleep at all just extending the time you stay up until late morning every night.

seems i somewhat found my own answer, although i'm curious if breathing problems are still a sideeffect of it. if anyone knows..
Lack of sleep may result in:
* irritability
* blurred vision
* slurred speech
* memory lapses / memory loss
* general confusion
* hallucinations
* hernia
* headache
* color blindness
* fainting
* nausea
* psychosis
* clinical depression
* pale skin tone (looking pasty)
* decreased mental activity
* decreased concentration
* Decreased ability for the immune system to fight off sickness
* Weight gain
* increased blood pressure
* Aching muscles
* Faster aging
* Impatience
* Slowed reaction time
* ADHD like symptoms
* Yawning
* Daytime Naps
* Hypertension/Hyperactivity
* dizziness

6-7 hours i just go to bed early mornings usually..like i'm about to right now lol
