I'm happy to assist you with understanding the problem but to Answer it for would not be helping you ! first off in this case you can ignore the red die since the question only involves the yellow one! ok now count all the sides of the yellow Die noting that only 1 has 5 spots on it therefore the answer would be 1 ( representing how many sides have 5 spots) out of ___ (the total number of sides)

The total sample space will have 36 events. Our of this 36 events only 6 will corresspond to the successful event. Therefore P (A) = 6/36 = 1/6

so u'd assume itz a normal die and it has 6 different digits countin from 1-6 printed on each side ....

I cannot work out it because I don't know the shape of the die and I don't know how many surface of the die shows "5".
