I dont think you mean the whale as that is spelt Minke

Minky is a cloths shop... but I dont think you ment that either....

But... hold on.... I know what it is!.... it was a tv series when I was little.... there was pigsy... Tripitaka and Sandy the water monster....but... no... that was Monkey.... *grins*

I think that I will stick with the Peter Sellers Monkey! Yeah, there is a type of whale that is called a 'minky,' but it isn't nearly so funny!
I did ask my husband and he mentioned the 'Minky Bar Kid' but I think that he is a little bit confused.

In Scotland you might call someone who is dirty or done something disgusting "a mink", so you might say that person is minky? Although "manky" is a similar descriptive word here.
