Hate to break it to you, but there is imminent danger. And Al Gore's not the only one who thinks so. Did you not hear about the huge ice shelf that broke off recently? Have you not heard that 2006 was the hottest year in U.S. history? Did you not hear that Katrina would have been a category 1 storm had it not passed over the unusually warm water? There has even been a surge of polar bears drowning because they can't find ice to stand on. The evidence of global warming is everywhere. Al Gore wouldn't have had a leg to stand on if there wasn't sooo much scientific evidence to back him up. I'd suggest doing a little research before you make a judgment call.

There is a great danger. Read the newspaper: towns, cities, states, and companies are doing things to help curb global warming. Even Bush in his speech admitted theres a threat. Open your eyes! Watch Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth" on dvd. Polar bears are drowning after swimming vast distances in search of the decreasing ice. If your not part of the solution your part of the problem!

Al Gore is not making any thing, all the profits from the book and movie is given to research and education.
And from you're question we still need alot of education.

He's not brilliant, he just has good publicists. Correct me if I'm wrong butaren't the people who think he's such a genius the same people who think Robert Redford isn't brain dead for touting and praising a movie that graphically presents child rape? That should tell you something about their sensibilities.
