It depends what country your in. If your in full-time higher education in the UK or europe than look into the Socrates Erasmus programme;

If your in any country outside of Europe then go and see your guidance counsellor.

Send your application to a school. You can do this by the internet. Once they accept you, they will send you a letter, then you can apply for a student visa through your own government.

If you apply to a language school instead of a university or college, your requirements are very easy. Also, you will learn how to spell abroad.
