Scientifically, technically and medically, man is becoming better. But as far as respecting our fellow man, I think we have gotten worse. No one has any patience anymore, people are rude and have no respect for each other. Simple things like Thank-you, Yes Please, Good Morning, Thanks for shopping here, etc. are things of the past.

When I watch the news I think worse.

But when I look at my child I see that I have done better then my mom did with me. But she also did better with me then with her mother.

So maybe some people are change the world for the better thru their children.
And the others are change the world for the worse thru their children.

Maybe if we had more positive news on television we would see that its about 50/50.

Scientifically speaking man has gotten better but the stress and the emotional pain he suffers is getting more dangerous because these days some people have no problem killing others or hurting them. Man is loosing his conscience and all his good traits are slowly disappearing.

Better.

Compare these days to 0 AD... We no longer treat women as property. We don't have slaves. We have much better technology. There aren't as many wars as before. There's much less hunger. And people know more about each other's culture because we have much better ways of communicating. We live much longer.

there is a greater percentage of "healers" that are now coming foreward and starting their own practices.........but on the flip side, there seems to be alot more that needs to be healed...either that or we are just "more aware" of what is in our neighborhoods......not sure.........but, people are realizing that they can heal others and themselves.......we can heal with a simple gentle touch, a kind word or deed.....and it is working!....it would be wonderful if enough people became involved, and global healing, kindness and compassion took over the world, giving way to "global warming" of a different sort.....you never know!
