Those are fantastic names! The name Halle is of African origin and it means "An unexpected present." The name Morgan is of American English descent and means "Cheerful". The name Thomas is of Aramaic origin and means "Twin".
I think since Halle & Belshaw each have 2 syllabels, you could go with a longer middle name, such as "Halle Elisabeth Belshaw" some middle name with 3 or 4 syllabels.

People are stealing all the good boy names! Given the trend, I would not give a boy the first name Morgan. Thomas Morgan is great, though.
I also like Hallie instead of Halle. You need a middle name with at least two syllables given the last name. What about:
Elizabeth
Rhiannon
Iliyana
Elyssia

Thomas Belshaw- or Morgan Belshaw and Morgan Thomas Belsahaw sounds good. Strong. Not convinced with Halle though.

I'm afraid Morgan is swinging too much towards girls, you wouldn't want your son to be like all the male Shannon's of today. Maybe Thomas Morgan would work for you. I think it flows better that way anyway. I love Halle. Halle Renee Belshaw or Halle Reann Belshaw.

I like Halle Jade. But I think if Morgan as being more of a girls name sorry. Or maybe do Thomas Morgan.

Morgan is a girls name (generally) along with Avery and Taylor and he might get teased. Thomas however is very cute.
I love Halle and I also like it spelled Hallie. I was little-like 6 when the parent trap came out and I always wished my name was Hallie. I like Hallie Marie, Hallie Nicole and Hallie Kathryn.
