Yes! You could take out a grievance for bullying and harassment, plus go off long term sick with stress due to difficult working relations with your boss. If you wanted to max it out, you could then claim early retirement from the job on the grounds that even if you recovered from the stress as soon as you got back to work then as your boss would still be there it would commence agin, possibly even being worse because all of your co-workers would know and be themselves in a difficult situation. You need to contact HR and your union rep stat.

I don't know but I'd make sure you're doing your job properly. Is there some reason to fire you?

no she cant get in trouble for it. iif it happened to me, id quit before she could fire me.
