I am signing up to a pay monthly mobile service however it appears to be that you must be over 18 to make the order. However, further down it says to put card details in, could i use my account for that do you reckon? - i am not 18 yet, but if i put it under my parents name but pay with my account, will it work?

Your parents will have to sign for the service. If you have a credit card, you can put your own down, but they have to take the contract in their name.

Unfortunately probably not. The credit card details must match exactly. Since your name and is on the card, the account/billing information would probably have to be yours. You can try...but don't count on it working unless they simply go by billing address.
