it ashamed to see every time there is some problem with telecast
at least dd (doordarshan) should get the telecast rights as it is national channel

Doordarshan being the national channel is not even close to the starting bid that is kept by the BCCI as they cannot afford the high pricing that is being offered.
BCCI on the other side is trying to maximise its profits by selling telecast rights. What i suggest is that the BCCI should start a sports channel of its own which telecasts all the matches of the Indian cricket team. trhis will not only help them to get all the money that is generated in the form of the advertisements and sponsorships. The BCCI would also help a way that every time there is an Indian match there would not be any speculation whether there is live telecast or not .
Any ways it is up to the worlds richest cricketing body to decide what is best for the sport . My friend you and i are mere mortals.
We can only hope for the best.

BCCI want more and more money. Not the interest of Indians. They should remove the "I" and make BCC... something.
