Reving the engine high causes oil to get past the valve seals, you might need to have the seals replaced.

i would check seal around valve covers first,leaking would run down to spark plugs.running hard increases pressure in the engine causing oil to heat up to high temp,high pressure causing leaks.

It should not happen. Perhaps your pligs are not firmly installed, giving rise to a leak up the thread. You need to get it fixed soon.
