Unlikely, since a greed is a want to consume more than needed. If a person consume more than needed, he/she will become ill and then consume less than needed.

In short, the problem solved itself quite quickly.

The real driving force behind most of the world's problems is people too concern of other people's needs and want, people these days are lacking of selfishness.

You can't love other people like you love yourself if you don't love yourself.

People need to learn to love themself.

How can you fix other people's problem if you don't fix your own problems?

Definitely. Behind Greed is Selfishness. Behind Selfishness is man's innate sense of self preservation. Self preservation is God given for our own survival. However with our fallen nature and distorted sense of self preservation man becomes selfish and with limited economic resources to go around coupled with inequality of the distribution of wealth, because partly of man's laziness, people fight for the limited resources availble to them at any one time. And soon it becomes an obsession just to acquire the ammunition for self preservation. Greed.

yes it could be...it also could be the lack of the time warp:

Criminologist: It's just a jump to the left

Transylvanians: And then a step to the right

Criminologist: With your hands on your hips

Transylvanians: You bring your knees in tight

But it's the pelvic thrust that really drives you insane

Lets do the time warp again

Lets do the time warp again
