I don't think government or companies should be involved in family bonding. Parents need to turn off the television and computer to have game nights, go bike riding, to the park etc. Eat dinner together and learn about your children's day if they're in school, talk about current events if they're older. Act like their parent, not their friend and give them unconditional love. Spending time with your family should not be dreaded, and if you begin when children are young, it will evolve naturally.

you cant legislate moarlity and raising children correctly is a moarl issue, instilling family values begins with concerned parents, not by government or employers although family picncis and take your child to work day encourage it

The republican answer has been lower wages. If a family has no money, you can get 20 or 30 in the same house!
