Things you need

2. The temperature, fish breed at a certain temperature, do research on the web...
3. Good environment for laying eggs(if they manage to mate that is), like more plants to shield the eggs from being eaten, etc.

Fancy varieties(double tails) and single tailed varieties cannot mix because of the body structure and shape. The eggs might not hatch. Your result will not be pretty and even if the eggs do hatch.... they will be severely deformed and die a few hrs or less after birth.
The shunbunkin and comets can mix but will look a little odd.

Well, you can't even get the variety name right for one of these, what makes you want to breed them? Maybe you should research more and find some AAA or show quality fish. They'll be more worth it to breed. Do some research on calico genetics too, the best calicos to breed have pink gills and matte scales, they will produce more calico offspring in a litter.

If you have got a good large aquarium or pond set-up, once your fish are sexually mature, your problem will be trying to get them to stop mating. All you need is a good medium for them to deposit their eggs on for example water hyacinth (with their long trailing roots) or a mass of plastic string. You'll need to read up on how to best care for the eggs (parents have to be removed of course since they'll eat the eggs once they get hungry) and what to feed the fry once they are hatched. You're gonna need quite a number of tanks ready to care for the fry to separate them once they start getting larger. Have fun!!

The best way is with very clean water and set the temperature higher than you have it now. When I want mine to breed that's what I do and the results are incredible.

Make sure they are living in the most healthy and natural environment you can manage and they will do it on their own. It's not an activity you can force on any animal, especially fish.
