Well.. there no such Yugioh Academy.. but u might wanna try www.yugioh-deck.com .... its got gr8 tips for cards.. reviews ehich r easily understandable.. plus players put up their decks.. for comments.. or pass comments to others decks.. etc.. its got all the pics of the cards and its playability too..

There is no real Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Academy, although if I had the money, I would start one. Try going to Yahoo and do a search with the words: GX Duel Academy Forums. You will find a couple of forums that set themselves uplike a real academy and are pretty good at it.
