I'm not sure what you are asking. The USAF sends planes into hurricanes to check their barometric pressue, wind velocity etc.
This aids in weather forecasting aand greatly helps the people who might suffer a direct hit from the storm. I know of no organization thaat chases them like the tornado hunters.
