The phone number on yell.com is the global number which gives me a machine and no local details.

I can't find any reference to local branches anywhere on the HSBC website or even in google.

Is there any way of doing this other than going into town and looking on the door?

Try calling customer service. They usually have business hours, or even call the branch, maybe they have a recorded message! Good luck!

There should be a phone number on your bank statement which will take you to a central office and they should be able to advise you. Alternatively go on line for HSBC and select your area and the branch you want.

Try Google Maps - http://maps.google.co.uk
Try calling 118 247 for the number.

That's all I can/would think of doing.

I hope this helps!
