From what I understand the male libido tends to slow down around their early 30's, meanwhile the female libido is just reaching their peak.

If you're looking for a "natural" remedy to help him, it would be to take out any "work" on his part in being aroused. while I don't know the background of your current relationship, as a male in his late 20's with a slowing libido, I am finding myself excited more by unexpected surprises by my fiance than relying on my own sex drive to get things started.

Just a thought,
regards.

From personal experience I too experienced a low libido along with being tired all the time. I started taking Cod liver oil capsuls. You can get them at any pharmacy or health store. I now have a healthy libido, and I'm not so tired anymore. I hope this helps you.

A girlfriend? Natural of course.
Seriously a guy that age should not have a low libido. It is axiomatic that physical causes be first examined before any other possibilities are considered.

Sounds like work and stress just have him down. Do you have kids? Is it hard to get them to bed at night so you can have some alone time?

Buy some lingerie, surprise him, do the Julia Roberts thing where you are sitting in a chair wearing nothing but his tie...

I'm married with 3 young kids and stress and life easily get in the way. By night time I'm so exhausted that the only thing I want to do is put that day behind me.

I do however love the surprises.

Divorce him. That will help his libido. Marriage sucks. It lowers your testosterone levels. See Harvard studies below.

he may be tired. Give him good food and try cooking with the oil from the chinese root, Ginseng. It's known for it's aphrodisiac prowess. Cod liver oil with Omega 3 fatty Acids will also help and vitamins. i hope he gets regular exercise to keep his body fit.... if not, get him to go on walks with you.. etc. and try a lot of foreplay before intercourse to give him time to gather himself together. All the best
