Hi,Pc's don't usually have bluetooth built in,you normally have to buy the software for this.

Hate to be picky, but your english is bad. Your pc "is bluetooth" especially. You would say, does my pc have bluetooth.
But anyway, bluetooth is used to transer wireless data between devices between phones. You don't usually get it built into a pc. You may have a bluetooth usb dongle, or if you have a laptop it could be built in.

The easiest and quickest way if your not sure, right click on a picture or a mp3 e.t.c go to the send to option and if there is a send via bluetooth option you know you have it.
