People that are rude, mean and ugly, are probably that way because they are really pissed off ?

Your points are valid, the only other thing I would add is that they might have been raised that way by that kind of parents and not know any better.

depends on the person and their personal experiances.
if somebody is what you consider to be ugly, you just have to remember that, that is your personal oppionion and the person next to you may think their the sexiest person alive (some love fat, some love thin but what makes up my mind is what lyes within)

you will how ever find that 99% of people that are bitter and ourright nasty towards other people are insecure within themselvs or envy what they own.

here's a classic example, a girl can be best friends with another girl untill she gets lets just say a breast lift then automatically hey she's now a whore, and how does a breast lift make you a whore?
the real reason to that is she wants a breast lift too but can't afford it or some other reason can't get what she wants.

a lot of the time peoples own insecurities drive their best of friends away. you take two mates of years and years one with muscles and a tan the other more everyday looking, but this has never been a problem untill one gets a girlfriend and all of a sudden their "always too busy" to hang out. but then all of a sudden their best of mates again. and this is the same more so with females. people will even go as far as making up nasty b/s about their "best friend" to insure they distract any attraction.

and if you look really closely to those who are the most insecure about themselvs and poesesive with their partners are those who most people look at and concider perfect they have the looks,their slim, no pimples, no scars, got loads of money ect...
they focus on perfection when is comes to their bodies and they notice every little pore and so in themselvs all they make time for are the tiny little imperfections, then focus on it so much that they do actually see it 10 times bigger, when in reality we see it just a tiny little blackhead, and to them it's the worse case acny,

as a defence for themselvs they will look at an innocent person with a disability or visual skin disorder/scars perhaps a little overweight and publicaly humiliate by pointing out their visual deformeties to stop others noticing their little (not such a big) problem.

you also have people who are mean because all their life they've been bullied, picked on and abused and in the end they retaliate by treating others in the same manner.
is't usually these people who become serial killers, rape people ect...

people should just be happy their alive any maybe if this world (in particular america) stopped focusing on perfection in every aspect and started looking into the REAL world with out plastic surgery and airbrushing and expected to be flawless, people would be a lot more accepting of other people and there would be a lot less teen suiside be it hanging themselvs or starving themselvs to death, there would be a lot less inferdelity, and more marriages would last because the pressure of thinking you have to look like a desperait housewife 1 day after childbirth wouldn't be a thought.

Well, if they are really pissed off, for how will they keep being mad?

I think being mad at someone does contribute to their anger or lack of courtesy but if one continuously appear rude and brash with others, then I think there's something inherently wrong in him./er or perhaps it's got to do with his bad experience. Perhaps he also lacks anger management and view life as bleak. And so, he thinks that everyone around him is also mean and are out to take advantage or make things worse for him. Lack of self-esteem perhaps got to do with his looks. Perhaps he thinks people look down at him and treats him differently because he looks different from the others. But again, one should not be bothered with how he looks if he has lots of confidence in himself and treats others nicely. The way he was brought up also has an impact in how he treats others. If he's used to be brought seeing world as bad and and that everyone else is mean, that he himself will tend to act likewise.

These people make others' lives miserable as they can't see others being happy. Sad, huh?

perhaps because they have issues in their life that you know nothing about and they don't know how to rid the frustration constructively or appropriately so they take it out on other people. maybe they were molested as a child, maybe their parents are dead, , maybe their cat died this morning, maybe they crashed their car, maybe they are suicidal, there would be lots of reasons and they have grown up feeling like the world has done something wrong to them so they may as well be mean to other people.
that or they are just bitter for no reason. it can happen.

other reasons: they are in pain(mentally or bodily)
they have anger management issues, have no other learned way of coping
they have no ability to delay gratification, and when thwarted they easily anger-this can be part of the addiction personality
they are sleep deprived
they are not feeling nurtured by anyone in their lives
they are resentful because they allowed others to have power over them
just some thoughts...
I try never to fall into those traps but it can happen to anyone
I'll venture to say by "ugly" you mean the mentally ugly used colloquially not visually.

i think some are like that b/c they think they are better then everybody else, like the popluar ppl at my skool, they think everybody is lower then them and they are roal, like kings etc, but some people in my class that are popluar are nice, so it depends
