At this age you still have some years left to grow, you should take advantage of this period and make sure your body is producing enought HGH (human growth hormones) to sustain any more potential height increase, check out http://www.hghforheight.com there are many lifestyle factors that you can adopt to optimize your natural HGH production. If unfortunately that your puberty period is over (your growth plates is completely closed), you can still grow taller with spine lengthening technique which has been shown that it can add up to 2-3 inches to your overall height. Spine lengthening can be done with various stretching exercises, they are well-documented in http://www.giantscientific.com. Exercises like yoga or pilates have been very effective in elongating the spine, http://www.thepilatesguide.com

Hi sweetie, when I was 13 years old I was extremely underdeveloped. I pretty much looked like a 7 year old. I was about 75 lbs, and 4'8. I would always get so frustrated because I could never fit into clothes that my friends were wearing. I'd have to shop in the children's section. At that time, they didn't have stores like Limited Too, Rainbow, etc. for kids my age. Family friends would ask my mother if I was anorexic because I basically just looked like I needed to eat for a week straight without stopping.

Now I'm 23, 5'5 1/2, with a DD size bra. I'm not exactly the perfect weight but I'm working on that (a little over what I'm supposed to be. That fast metabolism thing backfired on me!). It took me until I was 15 to do a lot of things-- get my period, gain some weight, grow boobs, and grow in height. You may just be a late bloomer like me! My mother is 5'3 and my dad is 5'11...so I'm right there in the middle.

When you get past the growing stage and into adulthood, height doesn't even matter anymore. I always thought it was so important but it's really not. I think you'll understand that over time. Until then, buy some good heels!

Homeopathic treatment to help gaining height in teenagers : -

1.BACILLINUM 200X
2.BARYTA CARB 200X
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results.
Remember these can only help in teenage not after you are through your growing years.
Homeopathic remedies do not cause any side effects or complications.
Take care and God Bless you !

First of all, height is not important for a well developed personality. The two have absolutely nothing in common.

There's nothing wrong with being small. I'm 5'2" and extremely happy with my height. I wouldn't want to be any taller.

Also, there's nothing you can do to increase your height. But, since your only 13, you still have some growing to do. You might get taller, you might not. Either way, you'll have to learn to be happy with what you've got.

Height is very important for a well developed personality??

Who told you that?

I think worrying so much about youre appearance will have a negative effect on how you feel about yourself, you should focus on the things you like about yourself as a person and you'll be just fine.

Anyway you're only 13, you've still got some growing to do...

There is nothinmg you can do to increase your growth. You still have several years of growing time left so you will likely grow some more.
Height has nothing to do with a "well developed" personality, that could be seen as quite insulting to short people everywhere!;

Height is not important to a well developed personality, it your genes that determine how tall you will be in life, and personality is what is developed by how you see the world around you and interact with others.

YOu are as tall as you desire to be. Height has no bearing on a good personality.
Stop creating problems in your mind. You still have time to put a few extra inches on.
Beside going on the rack as they used to do in the old pirate days there is nothing on this earth that is going to change your god given attributes.
SO be happy with who you are and what you have got.
STOP WHINGING>..you obviously are healthy
