Well my brother is blind as he certainly always tilts his head more to one side like he's always trying to listen to something and I have seen quite a few visually impaired people do this. However, I can't comment on their dancing style. How is it that you have been able to observe this? Do you work with visually impaired people?

I never heard about it !!

But why not?? they are people like us have the right to do what they want as long as they could and want it, anyway dancing makes us feel better specially with a partner ;-)

well blind people can hear and "feel" the music.
