i am a memeber of a credit society. i have found a major error, provision was not created, which causes to reduce the profits remarkably in an audited accounts. this was brought to the notice of the managing committee and they have neglected it, as they wanted to boostup their credintiality by showing more profits to the members. general body approved the balance sheet (ignorance/tempted for dividends). please suggest me how to resolve this otherwise oneday the capital will be eroded.
