I always check out other women. I think I actually checked out more women than the ex, lol. Just sizing up the competition.

It's a competitive instinct. *Both* men and women like to feel that they compare favorably to other people of their own gender so they have an advantage in attracting someone they want. Also, if I like a style on another woman that I think would like good on me, I may want to imitate it. I *try* not to be envious, though.
