It is said a hard kick on the most sensitive part of the guy can take him unconcious. then why cant a gal use this as the protection...

Sometimes women can be completely over-powered and can't fight back at all. And sometimes women are drugged. And sometimes rapists have weapons and threaten their victims' lives. Are you seriously going to attempt kicking a guy in the balls if he's got a gun to your head? I doubt it. It all depends on circumstances. Considering your statements, if simply having the ability to deliver a swift kick should prevent all rapes ... then it should be prevent murders, robberies, etc as well. It can definitely help to be able to defend yourself, but nothing can give you a complete guarantee that you'll never be the victim of a violent attack.
