Overal it is just about eating healthily and exercising. I always have problems getting motivated to exercise so I joined a hip hop dance class for beginners and it is great, it's an hour of reasonable intensity exercise which is also pretty fun. There are various styles of dance you can try. You could also go jogging, or walk for at least 30 mins a day.
Try to avoid salty foods and try not to ban "bad" foods because you'll fall back if you ever eat some. Instead just aim to eat them in moderation. A friend of mine went on a diet and she got 70% chocolate. It is quite strong and takes a little time to get used to, but it contains far less fat than the usual dairy milk or energy chocolate you get and even tho it is more expensive is very tasty so you only need one little chunk to satisfy.
Drinking your 6-8 cups of water a day also fills you up, so you don't get quite as hungry.
Have a good breakfast each morning, it kicks start your metabolism.

pls do not take any pills
exercise and eat right
lots of veggies, lots of fruits
eat white meat instead of red and if you can, cut out the meat altogether and eat fish instead.
Cut out the butter and use very little oil and margarine and do not eat any candy
processed sugars/unnatural sugars turn to fat. They cannot be utilized properly by the body. I do a little cardio and lots of stretches and I love my washboard tummy. The pills most of the time contain ephedrine and ephedrine has been found to cause heart palpitations and other conditions. Pls try to do it the natural way. You need a balanced diet....low on the fat...lots of fruit and veg. I joined a slimming club, must admit although it was a bit patronising it was really really helpful and I lost weight quick...felt so much healthier...after piling on a few pounds or so after the loss of my dad and comfort eating....I just resorted back to the diet they had given me without even having to return to the club itself.....it was easy to follow and the variety was great...never ate so much in my life and lost weight so quickly and easily. You can join online too if you don't wanna go to the classes...its not that expensive...I tried Slimming World and it worked for me...take a look at their website and see what you think. You have to do more than just change your diet to lose weight. Have you started exercising? You need to do both to see results. You need to burn more calories than you take in on a daily basis. Keep in mind, you didn't gain the weight in a few weeks, so you most certainly won't lose the weight that quickly either. Its going to take dedication and motivation. Good Luck.

If there were a magic pill sweetie, we'd all be taking them.
I would advise you to eat healthily, and excersise - old fashioned but it's the only thing that really works.

cut down on rice, sult, sugar, potato, and bread. eat lots of food and vegetable and do exercise. running 30 minutes a day will work.

watcvh yor fat intake and dont eat too many carbs, you need to exercise hun for the weight to go, no tablets will help.

exercise try a fruit juicing machine then you will get all your vitamins and minerals good luck with your diet
