How to find which user is using my network bandwidth?

Hi I am having a network of over 60 PC's all having WINXP SP2 on them. Now I want to know which user is using more bandwidth of my network.

check the management interface on your switch ports

there are many traffic graper sotwares available on net which gives you the full report of bandwidth usage,,
search them...
