it depends on what type of cardiac surgery you are having. Open heart will certainly have a large scare, stents will be a small groin incision.... sex is probably not a good idea, at least for a while :(

Natural Aloe juice squeezed from Aloe leaves - It is most effective healing, scar removal thing and lowest in cost. The aloe leave is available in some supermarket, about $1.50 a leave, use the jelly only to put on the area. It creates miracles. All man made lotions have chemicals, no good.
