I have two wisdom teeth coming in right now and I totally feel for my poor baby who's teething right along with me. It sucks, it just makes you very uncomfortable. I haven't been drooling much though, lol, but on babies that causes a chin rash which makes things even worse.

I had a wisdom tooth come through a couple of years ago, and I feel for all babies that have to cut 20 teeth. I was in agony, it felt as though my gum was trying to explude at first then it felt like it was burning as the tooth started to come through. No gel worked, I had to take pain killers for it.

I would imagine between itching and pain.
when i was teething (second time after you're a baby of course) I remember kept playing with the loose teeth because it kept feeling great pain of itchiness. a baby would cry i think?

Am not sure but when i had my braces first put on i vowed there and then to always be sympathetic to teething babies! My mouth was on fire, it stung, it ached and i couldnt eat. I even dribbled!!! I didnt get nappy rash though;-) Its no wonder the poor little things get so miserable.

Ever had a toothache or gum infection? & the only thing that helps the pain is biting down on something.

if its anything like getting your wisdom teeth i understand why they cant be settled.. poor little things, at least we know why it hurts!!

i imagiane it would be like having gingivitis.you know hot gums.If i remember rightly from when i was a young girl,it itches somehow too and aches like a bruise.Think toothache.LOL

i was inill during the period I was teething.
I had a temperature at times, and chesty.
Laso my gums seemed to ache .

you'd have to ask a toddler but it probably hurts, gum soreness you know.
