I was doing one of my many stores I have for my advertising and marketing job. The week just began for my company and I was about to do my first store. Anyway, this much bigger man became very impatient with the pharmacist and attempted to shove the customer he was talking to out of the way. The woman there with her child did not back down and ended up getting battered. My question is, if one is so impatient, why attack another person? Especially when they have a child with them? Why would a man who is bigger than many and definately stronger batter her, a stranger, in public in front of her child? What is going through the mind of somebody like that? Don't they know God?

Well, the manager had me get behind the counter and sit there as I was the only one there besides the staff and them. The police were called both by me and the staff. They locked everyone into the store, and wouldnt open the doors until the police came. He did get arrested for battery after I told the police what I saw.

You are experiencing a natural post traumatic feeling after seeing this. There are many people w/ bad ebhaviour for different reasons Perhaps you have been sheltered from this a good part of your life. This is the world. Life in the big city. It happens a lot .Believing in God is a different concept to people-some think that means you go to church or synagogue. Not many think of it as meaning God is watching everything you do and you want to be worthy as a human to do the right thing,etc etc-
that's regarded be many(you can see here even in answers) as "cheesy" or dorky or whatever. Atheism is trendy.
Often they regard religious people as siily or backwards,ignore it.
Just get this experience out of your system ( it will take time)and move on.

NO they do not know God.
That is the simple answer.
Also, they are in the influence of Satan or some false religion.
Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life, no one comes to the Father (God) but through Him.

Why do you feel that shouldn't have upset you? That's a terrible thing to witness. Of course you are right to be upset. Some people are dreadful, it's very distressing to come across them.

Who cares about God?
God won't do ****, did they get arrested for this because they should have called security!
Let me rephrase this: sometimes God CAN'T do what one good wack with a baseball bat can (to the guy's nuts).
