I don't know if the book is any good as I haven't bought it, sorry! But I do know there are plenty of sites out there with free info on choosing the sex of your baby which seem to be quite good.
Just type 'gender selection' into google and you should get some good results up.

Hope this is of help to you. Good Luck!

Hi,

there is absolutely no way - regardless of what any book says of determining the sex of your baby - unless it is a test tube baby.

If you want a baby, just go for it and be happy with what you get - a healthly happy baby is craved for by many couples and they don't get one!!!

Basically boy sperm are faster but don't live as long, while girl sperm are heartier but slower. If you are trying to conceive a girl, you are supposed to have sex 3-5 days before you ovulate. not the day of or the day before ovulation. To conceive a boy, you are supposed to have sex the day before and the day of ovulation, they have a better chance of reaching and fertilizing the egg first. Of course it's not a guarantee!

NO!!! its impossible to make your own "designer" baby!!! it is the males sperm that decides the sex so there is nothing you can do to counteract it!!! whichever you end up with trust me you'll be over the moon!!!!
