husband due to his habits and way of living not matching mine. I tried to adjust but it was beyond my integrity. I wish to leave him and so does he. He has had several affairs behind my back and he knows that I know. I need to resolve this issue but ive got no pushing. We have a sexless marriage. I need a loving man to be at my side. Im very depressed and lonely. I even take sleeping tablets to calm me down. Family ties keep us bonded but one day I know I have to move on. How do I go about it?

Separate, pursuant to a divorce. It is also recommended that you two get counseling; many states have this as part of the start of a divorce. Even if he doesn't go, get counseling. If you can't afford it, there are social agencies that charge a sliding scale for counseling. Right now, you need to end this incredibly toxic relationship...for both of you. As for the sleeping tablets, take a cold hard look at what you're doing. It is the start of an addiction, if you're not careful; you need to start making plans for YOUR life, and wish him well. Good luck and God bless.

Proper Care and Feeding of Marriage.....
Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands....

Two of the best books EVER read.
Take a sleeping tablet if you need one to calm down enough to crack one of these open but I GARANTEE you will find some good relief in these books...........

What have you got to loose if you are already lonley?
You will both benifit - even if only to learn how to get along better until you can separate.

Read it with an open heart - and maybe even a nice tall glass of wine.

Best Luck to you my friend.
I UNDERSTAND!!!

Start saving your own money to move out or him move out. Start getting what bills in your name you want in his or yours. Start packing and dividing items you believe either should have incl photos and papers. Work out a budget for living on your own. Start house hunting and get seperated.
