I see things which are not real also i see people and they are not real some times i saw things moving and i'm sure in my mind that they can't move like a book ,table,etc....... Does anyone know how to stop that and what the cause of it.

you could be suffering from schizophrenia. you might want to make an appointment with a psychiatrist for an intake to be evaluated. if you are suffering from a mental illness, there are medications which can help you with these things. there have been great advances in medication and psychiatry that can help you.
