What the best option is to reject or accept this feeling and go for sex change? Is sex change at the age of 35 or 40 are good

They think they might be happier that way. Sex reassignment surgery is painful and expensive. And the results are not always succesful in achieving the look the patient wants.

Although the person appears male physically at birth, a dutch study has revealed that male to female transsexuals actually have female brains, not male brains like men, even those who are similiar hormones, such as cancer patients. No amount of therapy can make the person content in their own skin, even electroshock therapy does nothing to help the person become content with their own body.

People have begun transitioning to the sex they feel most comfortable much older than 30 or 40, the oldest I have heard of is about 80. I've met a lot of people that age that have transitioned. Just do whatever you want to be happy with yourself and your life.
