My opinion is that there is neither male or female in the realm of spirit. God, Angels, devils are all neutral. If you turn the word devil back to front it spells lived. I believe evil is an energy that destroys life. Good is what creates and strengthens life. There is no opposite to God. The devil is supposedly a created being with limited power. We become worried about such issues because of fear...fear that is learned, taught and promoted because of control issues in established religions.

Are you researching a project for your Sunday school class?
Is Devil a proper name, as you don't say "the devil" simply, "Devil".
I've never met Devil... he/she has a very unfortunate name.

Lucifer has no physical form. It is a spirit, a very evil one. But it can take various physical forms.
The story of Lucifer is a strange and scary one I would say.
