i dont know our population is 144.000.000 ,at 1991 it was 270.000.000

No one would be able to give you an accurate answer to this one, there are so many people living here that have not registered on the padron (electoral list of each town) that it would only ever be a guess, at least regarding foreigners.
That is a huge problem here, Brits (mainly) and many other immigrants who have settled here complain about huge lack of services locally (i.e hospitals, schools etc) but do not register therefore if the town hall of a certain town have statistics for 100,000 for example you will only get official services for that many. When in reality there may be many many more people actually residing there. Everyone living in Spain should go to their respective town halls and register (very quick and simple to do, and FREE.) Then we could answer your question accurately- Buenas dias from a Brit, legal and fluent.
