One way to do it is by linking to Excel from within your VB application. Another way to do it is to download a custom control that does charting. WARNING: All of the controls on this site are in SOURCE CODE form, you will have to compile them on your own computer before you can use them.

There are OCX tools around or possibly packed with VB (look into the tool section). Otherwise you'll need to use your graphics calls. PSET, LINE and other graphics calls.
