Whenever i tried to search antivirus in internet my internet explorer has been disappear. And i can not download any antivirus in my pc even from any antivirus cd-software. Because whenever the computer found anything related antuvirus it automatically close that software. pls help me out.

Also go to http://www.avast.com and they have a real time scanner on their homepage, and do a Virs Scan and see it it turns up anything. You can remove whatever it finds then. Chances are it will show up if you are infected with anything.

ok, what we first need to do is identify the problem you are having.
Install and run HijackThis: http://www.download.com/HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10227353.html
~note: since we might be dealing with a virus, i strongly suggest you try and download and run hijackthis with the infected computer.
if you cannot download it, use a separate computer (not your computer, try a public library's computer) to download it and save it on a cheap flash drive. start your infected computer in safe mode ( f8 at startup ) and install hijackthis from the flash drive. run a scan (in normal mode if possible), and save a copy of the log in the flash drive. load the flash drive to the separate computer (FLASH DRIVE MIGHT BE INFECTED NOW, RECOMMEND YOU SCAN THE FLASH DRIVE FOR ANY VIRUSES). and post the log on a new thread at http://www.2-spyware.com/forum/forum8 . (you will need to create a account)
the analyzer will tell you step by step how to fix problems found.

Download Highjackthis... kill unfamiliar processes, then restart your computer in Fail safe mode, and run your anti-virus. That way the worm won't be active.

i think your pc infected some worm virus like brontok. if you really know proseses in pc, u can try used Highjackthis to kill them. if you not, dont try to use that bcoz some direct library link [dll] may be corrupted. first, try to backup your data in other hardisk or flashdisk. scan your data in other pc with newly database anti virus and then try to reinstall windows
