I always lock the doors to everything. If they need to be opened they will be opened. I rather be safe than sorry. I live in East Los Angeles so I would not risk one hour without a lock on.

To my home I am always locking the door, but my car doors are mostly unlocked, unless I am at work. I live in the country and there is really no need. even at work I could leave them unlocked, but I think I would just be asking for it to be stolen.

That will change the first time your house or car is broken into, I am sure...
Personally, I always do, not that I've ever had anything stolen, but I personally now peple who have, and I don't want to go through all that, so I lock up.

In the Village where i was born everybody knows everybody...There were no cases of thefts, we left the car open while in the Store, the House door unlocked while i'was gone in the neighbourhood ...Never happened to be robbed..But here in this crowded city where i am studying...It is IMPOSSIBLE to be safe...:(....they broke Our car's window, parked just in front of the office's window, and under our eyes stole our GPS.....:((
Sad such things happen..and that there are ppl like those...:(
