To me, a dictator is a leader who does whatever he wants regardless of public opinion (or world opinion). This is definitely the situation with George Bush. 63% of the American people are against this war and against this troop surge and George Bush doesn't care. That is a tragedy. And that makes him a dictator. period.

Yes and I think that he already is... he has stated clearly recently that his mind is made up and 'they won't stop us' in referring to Congress trying to stop him from sending more troops into Iraq.
