I'm 5'8 and i can touch the rim. I want to be able to dunk before August.

When I was growing up, I used to use the Strength shoes. I wore them during the summer for a maximum of 2 hours a day...Any more and you're over doing it. Another training tool I used was an overpass in my city...Our jr. high coaches had us run up the bridge in the Mississippi summer... I ran 4.6 in the 40 by the 8th grade and attribute it to the shoes and the bridge. I dont know how much it may have added to my vert, but I could touch the rim in 8th grade (5'9") and dunking in 9th (same height).
