I usually pray and just talk it out. Listening to music helps, but sometimes it only adds to the things in my head, so I turn it down to background noise.

I get my comfies on and play with the pup, watch a dvd thats has the same feeling I am having. Sad one to get all your cry out. Fight club if I am pissed. You get the picture. Sometimes I just go to bed.

I also listen to my music and i exercise. I feel free when i am exercising especially along the beach front in the morning as the sunrises.

Some sort of excercise. The gym, swimming, running, ect.. You would be surprised on how much it really helps.
