I think ugly is a person who is a bulley, racist and nasty...or it could be someone who looks dog rough...good question....

Ugly can be anything from being rude,impatient,dishonest,mean or conceited etc. to someone who just does not like themselves so they can't like anyone else either.If someone is not very attractive on the outside but they are beautiful within it is often very difficult to notice their outter appearance.But take for example someone who is beautiful by all appearance on the outside but is rotten on the inside,do they really seem all that attractive?No,because whatever is on the inside of a person truely reflects how they look on the outside.So ugly is not a physical thing but more of a spiritual thing.

What is ugly? Ugly is an opinion. It's just all in how you view someone.
Just ask a small child. They are attracted to beauty.
