For guitar....Try http://www.tabcrawler.com/articles.php there are some instructions last time I checked but you have to kinda look for them....I think they are at the bottom of the page

For piano...I haven't looked...so I don't know...I imagine there is though. More likely to find sites showing what the notes the keys are...sites showing how to form chords...then you have to learn theory...so not just one site

...for guitar I actually have site...email me and I'll give you the link
...if you're interested I can help you navigate my site...

No matter what you do you will need someone you can talk to to answer questions...I'm more than willing to help when I can...but of course someone you can see in person is best...if you have a friend around you that plays and can teach...by the way...playing and teaching do not go hand in hand...just some FYI

start by learning chords...almost any song can be played with the chords G C D ...well praise and worship songs anyway.
A E D are pretty easy to learn...work on going from one to the other...learn some theory while you're at it...learn to read tab cause most of the songs you want to learn that you find online are in tabulator form...it's not like reading music...I think it's actually easier to find tab music than actual musical notation or whatever it's called...after that learn progressions...learn some lead guitar stuff...strum patterns too...it's really not that bad...just takes PATIENCE!!! and PRACTICE

Any hoo you would have to do some searching but they are out there...if you have a guitar and some initiative then you'll get it ;)

Nope... The only way to learn to play guitar is to just play every day till you got it and join a band and play and get better, you'll play for 4-5 years before you know what you're doing anyway. you cant read to learn to play... you have to play. reading scales and chords is a start but you have to learn how to use them on your own, no book or internet can teach you that.

The only way you can learn how to play the guitar and the piano is to put your hands on the instruments. You can teach yourself by trail and error.
