Hi, I had all the above and got it removed via laparascopy & was on zolatex injection for 6 months. Dr. said I should be normal now. I decided to try naturally with basal temp and ovulation kit - 5 months hv passed & all failed. I don't know what to do. Dr. has adviced me to get induced ovulation & try. Should I ? or try some herbs? Or wait a couple more months? I'm really lost and depressed. BTW, I'm 31. What will you do if you are me ?

Don't lose hope. If doctor says you are okay, believe him. Even women without all those problems have trouble conceiving. 31 years old is young - I conceived my first child when I was 30. Now I'm close to 35 and trying to conceive again but no success yet. Don't try herbs! If you get pregnant and you still take herbs, they might do a damage to your child. No one has done enough tests yet to figure out what effects herbs might have on the embryo. I understand it is hard for you to wait any longer so may be you can try what your doctor suggests. Just ask him what the risks are. Or really, just try to relax and wait a few more months. Pray too or find a friend to pray for you. Children are a blessing from God and I think God will answer a whole-hearted wish for a child.

I had a friend who tired to get pregnant for 3 years. Once her doctors preformed a procedure to clear her tubs - she got pregnant right away!!!! So amazing! I will pray that whatever is keeping you from getting pregnant will be easily fixed. I have been told by several couples in your situation that once they stopped stressing about getting pregnant that it happened when they least expected it. :) (Stress can prevent periods too- it could be a health concern so make sure and talk to a Dr too). I will keep you in my prayers- it sounds like you guys would be wonderful parents. Also, try asking around to find out if others in your area have gone through the same thing. Get a referral to another doctor- it never hurts to get second opinions. Take care hun.

I was diagnoses with endometriosis 16 years ago, it was a very aggressive form and caused a lot of damage. I underwent many ops and tried every drug for it known to man and nothing really helped.
I had surgery in '95, womb, bowel, bladder stuck together and had to remove cysts, my specialist told me that there's no more they can do and I'll NEVER conceive.
Went on ZOLADEX for 6 months as a last resort.
Eventually, devastated, I gave up.
To cut a long story short, I had a funny feeling, like a weird ' different' feeling and did a test. It was positive..
I gave birth to my son in '96.
With no further treatment I became pregnant and gave birth to my second son in '98.
(with still no treatment) I got pregnant v.quickly and had my daughter in '99..
Suffered a miscarriage at 5wks in 2002.
Aged 35, I gave birth in Feb 2006 to my baby girl, with STILL no medical treatment!!!
The 'Specialists' were TOTALLY wrong...

I know it's easy for me to say, but please don't worry.
You've still got loads of time...
It WILL happen. It happened to me...

Best wishes and good luck!

There's always a way! My wife was diagnose to have endometriosis and both her fallopian tubes were block, she just undergo D&C a few days ago. Have you heard of IVF (also known as test tube baby)? Her doctor suggest it to her, at least you are much younger than my wife so I think you will have higher success rate.
