If you live in London there's loads of Burger Kings around. Have you tried the one in New Eltham on the A20.
Just say to your son that Burger King is a treat when you're out and about and actually near a store.
I love a burger myself and cook them at home. Get fresh burger rolls from your baker, fresh lettuce, tomato, onions from the greengrocers, 100% beef burgers from Iceland, Dairy lea cheese slices and some ketchup, mayonaisse and burger sauce.
Grill the burgers, toast the buns lightly then in this order put the dressing on: ketchup, mayo, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, burger, cheese again. Make sure this is all done on the crown bit of the bun (the bit with the seeds on), then put the heel bit on (the bottom flat bit of the bun). Turn upside down and hey presto!!..
He won't know the difference!! (and you'll save a few quid in the long run).

Instead of your son eating that junk and making himself fat, cook a healthy hamburger, then show him the ingridient, homemade hamburgers taste good than fast food hamburger. If that doesn't work he can walk there so he can get some exercise since he is a Burger King lover.

Sorry to sound parsimonious, but he's better off without it. Why not cook him a homemade burger? You could even duplicate the Burger King flavour but use healthy ingredients. As an example, I have a nephew who loves KFC, and although now he appreciates it's unhealthy and has to be a rare treat, when he was younger I made up my own version of KFC that had the flavour minus all the deep-frying and fat. I got him involved with the cooking process as well, which made it more of a fun thing.

Why not instil into him that Burger King is a special treat for only when he has done something to deserve it - and otherwise he must make do with something else - why not try to break the chain of junk food - there are lots of healthier alternatives.

Tell him it's not your fault, it's the MAN who is doing it. The Man won't let him have that hot burger, and now you got to tell him why the MAN go ahead and do those kinda things.

Why doesn't he just go there with you? How does he know he likes it if it's so far away? If he had it once before...how did he get it then? You don't have a mircowave? I'm in college (poor) and even I have a mircowave...dang...
