and instead just nod their head, but everything you say goes into one ear and out the other? Then they continue doing what they were doing before and pretend you never said anything, no matter how many times you tell them?

I work with the plonkers all the time,and they are the ones that make out your the sh.it and are giving them a hard time.Their not pretending you never said it,they just don't get it.
