i treated benzoic acid and acetic acid in the presence of MnO2.
a white product of needle like crystals having mp 112--115 degree centigrad.what will be this product

Mn+ ions and Mn itself. You will see the Mn precipitate out.

These Acids are reducing agents, these are organic acids and acetic acid is a very strong acid. So Mn is reduced from MnO2
